Full Time Schedule:
- M-F 11am - 8pm
- Rotating Saturday: 8am - 4pm or 1pm - 9pm

Responsibilities:
Answer all incoming calls according to company policy and proper telephone etiquette.
Direct telephone call to the appropriate parties as necessary.
Additional administrative responsibilities.
Operate an Internet based phone system.
Handle multiple lines.

Good communication skills both verbal and written.
Superior customer service skills.
